This dialog can be invoked from a menu (Tools -> Clear My Usage Data) 
and from a keybinding for discrete operation. A shift modifier should
clear the default set without prompting. 

Download Manager -> Downloads,
  File types list in Downloads moves to sub-dialog

Cache -> Advanced
  Cache setting control becomes a branch in Advanced
